The Weekend Boot Camp
 

The Weekend Boot Camp is designed for those wanting a kick start to their fitness level, Boost energy levels or a healthier lifestyle.  Our Weekends are open to Ladies and Gents alike.

The Weekend Boot Camp is suitable for all ages, fitness levels, and abilities.  Our experienced Trainers will work with you to get the very best out of you.
 

The weekend involves a two night stay which starts on Friday Afternoon and ends on Sunday Evening.  The emphasis for the weekend is to boost Fitness levels and to drop a few pounds if that is one of your goals.  All meals follow the Low GI Principle which ensures that you are never hungry while you are working out.
 

During the weekend we aim to get between 6.5 – 7.5 hours per day of fitness activities and leave the evenings to relax and even light a camp fire weather permitting.
 

Our Venues are perfect for a Boot Camp Weekend.  They are clean, basic and there may even be a bunk bed around.  Rooms are shared but we have options for single occupancy subject to availability.  We also have options to upgrade the accommodation to luxury hotels.

 

The One Day Boot Camp
 

Our One Day Boot Camps are run at the weekend and designed to be flexible to fit around your hectic schedules. The venues are all forest locations which are ideal for training and also for getting away from the hustle and bustle of your normal day activities.
 

Taking part in a One Day Boot Camp comes with all sorts of benefits – You will get a boost to your fitness level, get motivated, help you along with weight loss and have fun at the same time.
 

Our Days run from 9am – 5pm and where you will get approximately 6 hours of fitness training for less than the price of 2 Personal Training Sessions.
 

The Blast Boot Camps
 

The Blast Boot Camps are held on a weekly basis in locations around Brighton.  They are perfect for increasing Fitness Levels and ideal for helping weight loss programmes.  The sessions are held in outdoor locations and last for 1.5 hours.  The sessions are varied and consist of running, circuit training, boxing, Abs and stretching to cool down.
 

The sessions are booked in advance and the more you book in advance the cheaper the session or they can be drop in when it suits you.
