
“Ultimate Fitness Weekends” was formed in 2009 and is co –owned by Moez Bayar & Lorraine Ali.
Our Boot Camps have been designed to suit all levels of fitness and abilities. We conduct fitness assessments so everyone can push themselves but at their own pace in order to achieve fantastic results. Our leading Fitness Instructors will provide a fun but challenging Fitness Weekend ensuring that each day is totally different.
Nutrition is something that plays an essential part of our Boot Camp. Our in house chef works hard while you are training to ensure that you are provided with well balanced meals. We cater for all dietary needs and all meals follow the Low GI principle.
A typical day at one of our Boot Camps can include, Running, Body Blast, Circuit Training, Boxing, Kick Boxing, Rope Assault Course, Military Style Training Session, Team Games

Moez Bayar is a Level 4 qualifed Advanced Personal Training & martial arts expert. He has more than 15 years experience of tailoring fitness programs for his vast Personal Client list and also for Group Camps. Moez specialises in Fitness & Circuit Training, Core Stability, Boso – Fit Torso Training and Stability & Nutrition and Weight Management.
Using his experience Moez has ensured that he has hand selected only the best trainers to be part of our team.

Lorraine Ali is a CIPD Qualified Performance Coach and has been accredited with the Association of Coaching for many years now. Using her professional experience and personal fitness and weight loss achievements she helps design programs with a motivational edge and works with you to achieve your Goals.

Iain Jackson is a level 3 qualified personal trainer and a current professional boxer
with over 10 years of experience competing and training in one of the toughest sports.
He specialises in Boxing training and technique, circuit training and nutrition.

Nutritional Therapy is more than just healthy eating; it draws on scientific research to help us understand how we can use food to influence the biochemistry of our bodies, to achieve natural balance, and promote our own healing mechanisms to achieve optimum health. It can also work effectively alongside conventional medical care to support specific diseases or chronic health complaints.

Johnny Jarvis has been working as a Personal Trainer for the past 7 years. He is
a qualified personal trainer/class instructor and started his career working within
commercial gyms. During this time Johnny realised that personal training within commercial
gyms was not personal enough and in 2006 he decided to specialise in one to one tuition
in a private fitness studio and work with a treatment called hypoxi therapy which
is a specialised cellulite and fat reduction treatment. www.hypoxi-
Johnny’s passion is fitness, and he is still involved with the gyms in the Brighton and Hove area teaching numerous classes, including Spin (indoor cycling), circuits and boxercise. In 2010 Johnny got involved with the Ultimate Fitness Weekends team, helping us with their weekend Boot Camps.
Johnny listens to what you want to achieve and tailors his training programmes on a per customer basis, ensuring the programme meets your abilities and achieves your end result, whether it be weight loss, muscle growth, toning up etc. Johnny has a simplified training approach which is known to achieve the best results.

Maryam Sakina has been working with Ultimate Fitness Weekends since 2010 and is the founder of Enchanted Bodies Beauty Therapy.
Maryam is an experienced Massage Therapist who studied at Brighton and Hove City College where she qualified in NVQ Level 2 & 3 beauty therapy, Anatomy and Physiology and Health and safety. Since then Maryam has continued her professional development to enable her to offer a wide range of services to her clients.
Maryam supports Ultimate Fitness Weekends by providing relaxing massages in the comfort of your room during our Fitness Weekends and can also be booked to provide in home massages after your Boot Camp has finished
Her aim is to leave you feeling relaxed and confident of your awareness of your inner and outer beauty that you hold.
